Zero Tolerance Policy
In an effort to provide the highest level of service to our community we have established policies which allow us to serve the greatest number of pets per day.

We have a Zero Tolerance Policy for rudeness to staff.

Rudeness includes but may not be limited to:
Verbal Abuse
Aggressive Tone
Threatening Behavior
Threatening Language
Vulgar Language
Discriminatory Language
Insults
Harassment

Individuals who choose to exhibit the aforementioned behaviors will be asked to seek veterinary healthcare elsewhere.
