COVID-19 Policy

The CAH COVID-19 policy details listed below are effective September 7, 2021. These policy details are subject to change based on Maine CDC guidelines and State/Federal laws.

Please check this page prior to your appointment to ensure that you are prepared.

Appointment Check-in

When you arrive at CAH please walk to the carport window labeled "Check-in".
After you have checked in with one of our Customer Service Representatives, please wait by or in your vehicle where one of our staff will meet you and escort your pet into the building.
At this time staff are the only individuals permitted inside CAH regardless of vaccination status.

Prescription Refill/Pickup

When you arrive at CAH please walk to the front of the building to the carport window on the right. One of our CSRs will help you to get the meds that you are requesting for your pets as well as to answer any questions that you may have, This includes pickup for flea, tick, and heartworm meds.

Surgery Discharge

When you arrive at CAH please walk to the carport window labeled "Check in". One of our CSRs will then direct you.
